A layout drawing from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series The Flintstones. Featuring a prehistoric bird on a perch, the graphite drawing was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The drawing was used in the creation of the episode titled "The Girls' Night Out," which aired on January 6, 1961. Measuring 10.75"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 2.25"x5.75", the drawing is in very good condition with page discoloration, edge wear, pin holes from studio use, glue residue along peg holes which have been folded under the drawing, and the paper trimmed unevenly.
